TELUS AI, Agents, and MCP - Lessons Learned

With this development, TELUS enabled engineers to query configurations, metrics, problems, and more from within our IDEs - providing developers with important additional context about their application's performance.Since that release, TELUS has built a number of other MCPs to connect discrete signals - including change management tooling, network path analysis via NetBrain, on-call management with PagerDuty, and more - and deployed a central N8N solution to automate actions based on signals from these platforms.
